I like to bring my training to you, to make fitness accesible to anyone, we can train together in the park, your garden, your house, my house or a studio. I believe in simplyfying the process of getting fit, fancy gyms are lovely but unneccesary to achieve goals. I will bring the equipment, you just need yourself and we'll train at a location to suit you.

Online plans are great for those if you who are self motivated but need some structure and support to achieve specific goals. I offer bespoke plans based around any specific goals you want to achieve. This starts with a free skype face to face consultation. Providing you are happy I follow up with your training programme tailored to you. You will also receive a weekly check in by text, email or call to keep you on track and motivated. You will be asked to send me your plans once you have filled it in so you can share your progress and stay accountable. I will then update your programme every 3 weeks!
