Here is a little lower body circuit, the whole workout is about 45 mins including the warm up. It is a resistance based, you can add weights or do the whole thing with body weight if you prefer, either way you will work your muscles. I will do it body weight if I am not in a gym or I keep the weights fairly light if I was to use some dumbbells and Kettle bells for this circuit as the number of reps are quite high.
The great thing is this will get your heart rate going whilst also engaging your glutes to help you towards a nice toned booty!learn more
